Constructed in the early 70's, Northgreen Country Club observes the traditions of its predecessors in the sport of North Carolina golf. As the one time most favored championship course in ACC college history this course has served host to some of the biggest names in the sport of golf. Only two time winner David Duval, Matt Kucher, Davis Love III, Fred Funk, Stewart Cink, Charlie Rymer, Chris Patton, Mikko Rantanen, Jason Widener and many others have met the challenges or loss to them as they faced this brilliantly designed Bob Toski course.
As North Carolina continues to define the sport of golf, Northgreen openly embraces the introduction of technologies to enhance a player's experience along with a focus on all facets of inclusion as we work to expand the game to many.
Northgreen is proud to offer a vibrant Golf Association with leagues for women, men, couples, first responders, and juniors. Every day, women are welcome on the course—but Thursdays are reserved for Ladies’ Day, a signature tradition where you can meet fellow women golfers, enjoy elevated country club specials, and make it the most anticipated day of your week. From our celebrated Member Championships to a calendar full of exclusive tournaments and social events, every round at Northgreen is an opportunity to play your best and be part of something special.
